The Mounted Patrol Competition is an annual event put on by the Livingston County Sheriff's Mounted Patrol Unit. The course is different every year and consists of obstacles that the mounted patrol deputies are likely to encounter in the course of their jobs.

The horses may have to go through water hazards, past vehicles with sirens blasting or even construction site clutter. You never know.
This is an exciting event every year at the fair.
